Payments are refundable:
(1) All non-perishable products are refundable.
(2) If canceled more than three days before the fulfillment date, payments will be fully refunded, no questions asked.
(3) If canceled within three days from the fulfillment date, payments will incur 20% of the total bill (before discount, if applicable) as a transaction fee, purchase of ingredients or raw materials, and loss of sales due to reserved products.
Once you order from us, you automatically ask us to purchase and process the necessary ingredients and raw materials.
